Jeffrey M. Sandler
Jeffrey Sandler has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 2013. He attended law school at FSU College of Law and graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting.
Growing up in Melbourne, Florida, he worked for several small family businesses and learned the inner workings of running a successful company. While completing his undergraduate studies, Jeff developed a passion for business and the law and began to realize that with his experience in business as an attorney, he could provide invaluable business legal advice to businesses and business owners.
Jeff previously worked as a legal consultant traveling to small and medium-sized businesses across the country, providing legal services related to Tax Planning, Asset Protection, Business Structuring, and Estate Planning. He is dedicated to helping the success of small businesses and protecting the financial security of business owners and their families from the ever-changing legal landscape.
Matthew N. Adams
Matthew N. Adams partnered with long-time friend Jeffrey Sandler and started Adams Sandler Law after gaining admittance to the Florida Bar in 2014. Matthew was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and went to Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida. He attended the University of Miami, receiving a bachelor's degree with a double major in Finance and Business Law in 2009. He then attended Saint Thomas University College of Law, where he earned his Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 2013.
Matt is licensed by the Florida Bar to practice in all Florida state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and also the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Matt has focused his practice of law on business matters, specifically handling matters involving the drafting of contracts, acquisitions, LLC formation/incorporation, asset protection, and credit repair.
